We had a fanstastic holiday, which was well organised and facilitated by the Baytown Team. The house Bay View that we stayed in provided a dream holiday. A big thank you to the Baytown team.
We stayed at Colman's Retreat last weekend. We had a fantastic time! The view was lovely, just a short distance to the beach, that large deck was perfect for tanning too! The house is perfect for a fun getaway, with everything you need. We will be booking in Pringle Bay in the near future.
Firstly, fantastic service from the word go, as we arrived in Pringle bay Annika was waiting for us, the house is perfect for a getaway with friends, lovely deck, perfect upstairs and patio area with open plan kitchen and lounge for a party.. I will def use Baytown.co.za again... regards .. H

Thanks alot for the excellent weekend we had at Buffels Creek. The house I rented was very comfortable and had all the essentials needed. I was also very impressed on our arrival that the house was neat and clean. As reservists in South African Police Services we needed a break from our weekend duties and by choosing this accomodation was just what we needed and much more. We looked at other accomodations on other web sites but gladly for us we made the right decision to rent from Baytown. You guys really exceeded our expectations and we will book again in the near future. I will highly recommend your holiday homes.

It was lovely to be out of Cape Town for a few days! And the house was awesome, the view of all the surrounding mountains. We didn't encounter any baboons even though we were warned by several people! The nicest was that Hangklip (where the boys regularly go fishing) was 10mins away instead of the normal 1 1/2 hrs from Cape Town! So they caught Kabeljou while we were there. The indoor smoking room was a saviour because we were all smokers!
And everyone in Pringle Bay is sooo friendly, I had to find 30 little pressies for my boyfriend's b-day which we hid all over the lounge, and all the shopkeepers and even strangers, chipped in with suggestions! It was lovely.

We booked this lovely house for a long weekend and had fantastic service from Baytown, despite some unforseen circumstances. We look forward to visiting again and will definitely use Baytown to organise our accommodation, thank you! Please note there is no dishwasher at this property.
We enjoyed the 2 houses, it was spacious & big enough for all of us, except for the mini 2 plate oven - we needed to cook at Voltco house which had a big oven. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains, beach & sunset!

Would have loved to have been able to swim but the weather was not the ""swimming kind"" although the pool is heated !
The house and all its conveniences...even a washing machine (we had to translate from German into english via the internet!)...was a real ""home from home"" and even the very trendy music on the ipod was appreciated.
I would easily recommend 1315 Edward to my family and friends...as you get a little older you seem to need comfort even when on holiday ....and my dogs loved it too!

"Had an incredible stay at Buffels Creek around the April long weekends. Having an indoor braai and pool table was the ultimate crown pleaser especially as it was pouring with rain and the beach was a no go.
Many Thanks to BayTown, its pretty hard to find accommodation the week before an easter weekend, and they were incredible in their efficiency and helpfulness.

The accomodation was PERFECT (and inexpensive!) for us and our needs, the beach was 2 minutes away, the shops just around the corner. We got engaged on the 2nd of April and couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to spend some quiet time before celebrating the news with our family and friends.

The lights was out on Wednesday though but its not something that could have been prevented.

Blessings is the best in the area... walking distance from the beach... amazing views!!! We took my mom there for her 70th birthday, and she had the main bedroom! She adored sleeping there, because when she woke up, she could see the sea... the curtains obviously were never drawn. We stayed there for 3 nights, and enjoyed every single second! I totally recommend anybody to go there for a get-away! Totally awesome!!!

"My friends and myself had a great weekend at Craigieburn,it were much better then we expected.The weather turned out great for a nice game of touch rugby (girls vs boys) on the beach, which is a walking distance from your back door. A nice evening infront of the fireplace enjoying a drink. The only problem were the fact that the Betty's Bay shops sign on the map in your ad,gave us the idea that is was a small near by shopping centre.Who turned out to be very expensiveand not so accommodating.However Craigieburn fells like home.Although its not the 5star frills and trills, but it were 10star to a couple of friends(us) taking a break from their busy life's.
We rented this house for my mom's 70th birthday, as she stays in the Boland and loves the sea! She had the bedroom upstairs overlooking the sea, and she loved every second! Even the beach area is within walking distance for an elderly person. The views are absolutely stunning. My 2 brothers with their wives, my mom and myself occupied the space, and will definately rent this property again, and refer all my friends and family! Well done to Baytown! You have made our stay an awesome experience!
Had a great weekend at Studio Provence - the place was compact but nice, with all the necessary bits and pieces. Anneke was great and provided a friendly and efficient service. And the weather played along nicely too! Will be back!

"We stayed at this beautiful cottage in Pringle Bay this passed weekend (05 t0 07 Nov) with our parents.
From the main bedroom you can see the ocean wile lying in bed (breath taking).
The cottage is a few minutes walk to the ocean (small path through the Fynbos) with breaking waves on the rocks.
We drove to the main beach (5min) with a long stretch of white sand. We enjoyed walking on the beach with the dogs and playing in the water (not to cold).
Weather: overcastted in the morning and sunny the rest of the day.
What a stunning holiday home! Best location in town, right on the river with views onto the beach. A short walk to the lagoon, which the kids absolutely loved. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We were so happy to even find kids crockery there. The whole family loved it and we will definitely be back!

We stayed in August and December 2010 in Pringlebay, and made use of Baytown. In December we stayed in Swallows Nest. Everything was perfect, thank you very much we will definately make use of your services again, and recomend it as well. Keep up the good work and hospitality!!
My boyfriend and I had a very enjoyable stay at the Studio-de-Rose for 2 nights! The studio apartment is pretty much right on the beach, you can see it from the balcony, which was great! And the place was lovely, smelt fresh and clean, was quaint and cosy. The ONLY criticism I would say is that the accomodation lacked cooking appliances. There was no pot or pan to use on the small braai provided, and no braai tongs. We none the less bought a cheap pot and ended up making great food! But it would have been awesome to have those already there. Other than that, a lovely place to get away :)

Everything inside the house was is good working order and the bedding we rented was of a really good quality! "Ek wil net begin deur om baie dankie te sê aan al die wonderlike personeel van Baytown.
Baie dankie Anneke vir al die spoedige hulp, en ook weereens baie dankie aan jou Pa wat ons kom help het met die pypwerk.
Die hele naweek was net asemrowend en die huis waar ons in gebly het was pragtig.
Dit was die tweede keer wat 'n groep van ons weg gaan na julle toe en elke keer is dit 'n naweek om te onthou.
Baie dankie vir al die hulp, en ook vir die pos van die goed wat ons agter gelaat het. Ek moet sê ons was nogal op ons hoede vir die Bobejane in die buurt, hehe, maar ons is darem nie deur hulle besoek nie.
Om af te sluit, baie dankie vir almal wat die naweek moontlik gemaak het, en ook aan al my vriende en die liefde van my lewe, die naweek was fantasties..Ook net 'n spesiale geluk wens aan Minke weer, ek hoop jy het jou verjaarsdag naweek geniet.

"Had an incredible stay at Buffels Creek around the April long weekends. Having an indoor braai and pool table was the ultimate crown pleaser especially as it was pouring with rain and the beach was a no go.
Many Thanks to BayTown, its pretty hard to find accommodation the week before an easter weekend, and they were incredible in their efficiency and helpfulness.

"We stayed in Koch's Cottage in Pringle Bay over the easter weekend in April 2010 & it was absolutely STUNNING!! The accomodation was PERFECT (and inexpensive!) for us and our needs, the beach was 2 minutes away, the shops just around the corner. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and couldnt get over how beautiful the cottage was! We will definetly be back!

"We had a wonderful Easter weekend at Hathaway Cottage. The cottage was lovely and Barry, our host, was very kind and helpful.
We got engaged on the 2nd of April and couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to spend some quiet time before celebrating the news with our family and friends.
Our dog and cat also enjoyed the cottage - both loved exploring the garden and our dog loved the walks down to the beach nearby.

"We had a lovely stay at Draadbaai, the house is fully equipped and comfortable. The inside braai is ideal, and even though we experienced harsh rain for the entire weekend, we could still braai and enjoy potjiekos inside infront of the fire!!

"This was a very homely feel when we got to our accommodation.
Fantastic view. Quiet neighbourhood.
The cd player that's advertised doesnt work, and we brought our cd's with for some chill time. And it's advertised that there's a cd player.

Blessings is the best in the area... walking distance from the beach... amazing views!!! We took my mom there for her 70th birthday, and she had the main bedroom! She adored sleeping there, because when she woke up, she could see the sea... the curtains obviously were never drawn. We stayed there for 3 nights, and enjoyed every single second! I totally recommend anybody to go there for a get-away! Totally awesome!!!

"My friends and myself had a great weekend at Craigieburn,it were much better then we expected.The weather turned out great for a nice game of touch rugby (girls vs boys) on the beach, which is a walking distance from your back door. A nice evening infront of the fireplace enjoying a drink. The only problem were the fact that the Betty's Bay shops sign on the map in your ad,gave us the idea that is was a small near by shopping centre.Who turned out to be very expensiveand not so accommodating.However Craigieburn fells like home.Although its not the 5star frills and trills, but it were 10star to a couple of friends(us) taking a break from their busy life's.
I'd go there anytime again."

We rented this house for my mom's 70th birthday, as she stays in the Boland and loves the sea! She had the bedroom upstairs overlooking the sea, and she loved every second! Even the beach area is within walking distance for an elderly person. The views are absolutely stunning. My 2 brothers with their wives, my mom and myself occupied the space, and will definately rent this property again, and refer all my friends and family! Well done to Baytown! You have made our stay an awesome experience!

"We stayed at this beautiful cottage in Pringle Bay this passed weekend (05 t0 07 Nov) with our parents.
From the main bedroom you can see the ocean wile lying in bed (breath taking).
The cottage is a few minutes walk to the ocean (small path through the Fynbos) with breaking waves on the rocks.
We drove to the main beach (5min) with a long stretch of white sand. We enjoyed walking on the beach with the dogs and playing in the water (not to cold).
Weather: overcastted in the morning and sunny the rest of the day.

What a stunning holiday home! Best location in town, right on the river with views onto the beach. A short walk to the lagoon, which the kids absolutely loved. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We were so happy to even find kids crockery there. The whole family loved it and we will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I had a very enjoyable stay at the Studio-de-Rose for 2 nights! The studio apartment is pretty much right on the beach, you can see it from the balcony, which was great! And the place was lovely, smelt fresh and clean, was quaint and cosy. The ONLY criticism I would say is that the accomodation lacked cooking appliances. There was no pot or pan to use on the small braai provided, and no braai tongs. We none the less bought a cheap pot and ended up making great food! But it would have been awesome to have those already there. Other than that, a lovely place to get away :)

"Wat n heerlike vakansie. Goed uitgerus en ontspanne teruggekom in Gauteng. Ons het die mooiste, skoonste, oulikste verblyf in die hele Pringle ( op n laat bespreking) opgeraap.
Alles was 100% funksioneel. Die buite stort n wenner. As ons weer in daai geweste wil vakansie hou sal ons hoop om weer die huis te kry.

This cottage is an absolute treat! The view over the bay is awesome! The house is furnished very tastefull though casual and therefore very relaxing! Everything inside the house was is good working order and the bedding we rented was of a really good quality! I am sure that if Anneke could have ordered better weather for us during our stay, she would have done it! I will definately book this cottage again!

"Ek wil net begin deur om baie dankie te sê aan al die wonderlike personeel van Baytown.
Baie dankie Anneke vir al die spoedige hulp, en ook weereens baie dankie aan jou Pa wat ons kom help het met die pypwerk.
Die hele naweek was net asemrowend en die huis waar ons in gebly het was pragtig.
Dit was die tweede keer wat 'n groep van ons weg gaan na julle toe en elke keer is dit 'n naweek om te onthou.
Baie dankie vir al die hulp, en ook vir die pos van die goed wat ons agter gelaat het. Ek moet sê ons was nogal op ons hoede vir die Bobejane in die buurt, hehe, maar ons is darem nie deur hulle besoek nie.
Om af te sluit, baie dankie vir almal wat die naweek moontlik gemaak het, en ook aan al my vriende en die liefde van my lewe, die naweek was fantasties..Ook net 'n spesiale geluk wens aan Minke weer, ek hoop jy het jou verjaarsdag naweek geniet.
